This was the first apartment built by Grünwald. Named in German MÄDELHAS which means ‘Daughters’ House it was designed as an exclusive residence for single women. |
VILLA EDELSTEIN

It is a rental apartment named VILLA EDELSTEIN which means ‘jewel’ in German. From the outward appearance, it is often mistaken as a single house, but it is an apartment which won a prize of INAX. This building with its white walls looks so stylish that you would not believe that this is a rental apartment. |
VILLA SCHÖNBRUNN

The name SCHÖNBRUNN means ‘beautiful spring’ in German. It is inspired by the owner’s experience of passing in front of VILLA SCHÖNBRUNN, a Hapsburg castle in Austria, when he used to visit Vienna monthly on business trips. |
VILLA MAXIMILIAN

VILLA MAXIMILIAN, which is named after Maximilian I, the first Bavarian King, is loaded with memories of Munich where the owner of the Grunwald spent 3 and a half years in his youth. |
HAUS ROSENHEIM

It is a building named after Rosenheim in Bavaria, which is located 100 kilometers east of Munich. This building name means ‘the town of the roses’ and we are going to change the interior decoration so that the building creates an atmosphere that reminds people of the smell of flowers. |
VILLA MÄRCHENSCHLOSS

The owner of Grünwald has a deep interest in the Bavarian King Ludwig II who built Neuschwanstein castle near the southern border of Germany which is the model for the castle in Disneyland. The owner had a dream of building a fairy tale-like castle someday. |
VILLA MARIENKRONE

The 8th building of Grunwald is named after a noble name which means “the crown of the Virgin Mary”in German. It is a European-style building, which has white walls that are outstanding in the quiet residential area. It is a very accessible place, only a few minutes away from JR Suita Station. |
Villa ENGELSTRÄUME

Our ninth building with the finesounding name „Engelsträume“ is now being built, after the design based on it`s divinely appearing name. Creating an atmosphere of having a look through angels`eyes into their dreams and discover their hopes and wishes was the leading idea when designing this building. |
